·  Do you remove old flooring before installation?
Yes, we can remove and dispose of your existing flooring as part of the service. Let us know in advance.

·  Do you offer any warranties?
Yes, our products come with manufacturer warranties, and we stand by the quality of our workmanship. All installations carried out by our team are covered by a 12-month installer warranty. 

·  Is your flooring pet and child-friendly?
We offer a wide range of scratch-resistant, stain-resistant, and easy-clean options perfect for busy homes.

·  Can you install flooring over existing tiles or floors?
In some cases, yes. It depends on the condition and level of your current flooring. We'll assess it during the quote.

·  Do you offer after-hours or weekend installation?
Yes, we can arrange flexible installation times to suit your schedule, especially for commercial jobs.

·  Can I order flooring from you and arrange my own installer?
Yes, you can purchase flooring only — but we always recommend using experienced installers for the best result.

·  Can I return excess stock or change my mind?
Returns depend on the product and its condition. Restocking fee may apply. Custom cuts or special orders may not be refundable.

·  Do you install Carpet Tiles or Vinyl in schools or aged care?

We’ll do our best, but colours may vary across batches or discontinued products. We can help find the closest match.

·  Do you sell underlay or subfloor preparation products?
Yes, we supply underlay and can assist with levelling and prepping your subfloor.

·  How long does it take to receive my flooring after ordering?
If in stock, we can deliver quickly. Special orders may take 1–3 weeks depending on the supplier.

·  How do I know how much flooring I need?
Our team will measure your space and calculate the exact quantity needed, including waste allowance.

·  Do you offer bulk pricing for builders or developers?
