3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in AUD (Australian Dollars) and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice. For custom or special orders, a deposit may be required before work commences. Full payment must be made before installation or product delivery, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Quotations and Orders
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless specified. Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to proceed with the job as quoted. Changes to scope or materials may affect final pricing.
5. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of flooring products, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If a product is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an inspection and resolution. Refunds or replacements will be issued in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
6. Warranties
Product warranties vary by supplier and product type. We will provide warranty information upon request. Installation warranty covers workmanship but does not cover damage due to misuse, moisture, or wear and tear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Award Carpets is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the goods or services provided.
