At Award Carpets, we stand behind the quality of our flooring products. Most of our flooring ranges come with manufacturer warranties that cover specific issues such as premature wear, staining, fading, and structural defects. Below is a general overview of what’s typically included.
🛠️ What’s Covered:
• Wear and tear under normal residential or commercial use
• Manufacturing defects in material or construction
• Stain and fade resistance (specific to product type)
• Water resistance for vinyl and hybrid flooring ranges (as specified)
📅 Warranty Period:
Warranties vary depending on the product and brand. Typically:
• Carpet: 5–15 years
• Vinyl & Hybrid: 10–20 years
• Laminate: 10–15 years
Please refer to the specific product’s warranty documentation for exact coverage and terms.
All installations carried out by our team are covered by a 12-month installer warranty. This warranty ensures that any installation-related issues arising within 12 months from the completion date will be addressed and rectified by our team, giving you added peace of mind.
⚠️ What’s Not Covered:
• Damage from misuse, improper cleaning, or accidents
• Wear from high heels, pet claws, or moving heavy furniture without protection
• Water damage (unless product is specified as waterproof)
• Issues due to incorrect installation or failure to follow care instructions
✅ How to Make a Claim:
If you believe your flooring is eligible for a warranty claim:
1. Contact us with proof of purchase and photographs of the issue.
2. We will work with the product manufacturer to assess your claim.
3. If approved, repair or replacement options will be arranged.
